The Graffiti Removal Unit will respond in a timely manner to any and all graffiti cleaning requests within suburban Cook County, regardless of size, location, or application. The unit will also clean graffiti without being prompted by requests from County citizens. The Unit will determine the most appropriate, least invasive method of cleaning, without damaging the surface of homes, businesses, non-profits, or government structures and roadways. This cost-free service is available to all citizens, businesses, charities, schools, religious officials, or local governments of suburban Cook County, unless an arrangement has been mutually agreed upon between the Unit and the involved party.
