LOCAL LAW ENFORCEMENT SEEKS THE
PUBLIC’S ASSISTANCE IN LOCATING
HIT-AND-RUN OFFENDER

Wednesday, June 19, 2013 — The Cook County Sheriff’s Office, the South Suburban Major Crimes Task Force, and the Bedford Park Police Department are seeking the public’s help in identifying an offender who was involved in a hit-and-run that occurred about 10:15 p.m. June 13 in the 5800 block of 73rd Street and left a man in his 30s in critical condition.

The offender is described as a Hispanic man, 5'6,” and 150 pounds with short hair.
A sketch of the offender is attached. Officers are also seeking a dark gray Jeep Grand Cherokee with front end damage that was involved in this incident.
