Monday, August 19, 2013Two men have been charged with aggravated battery for breaking a 62-year-old Franklin Park man’s jaw after he moved a bicycle at Leyden Township gas station, Cook County Sheriff Thomas J. Dart said today.
At approximately 5:15 p.m. on Aug. 7, a man yelled at the victim for moving a bicycle that was blocking the entrance of the gas station store located in the 2400 block of Mannheim Road.

After he left the store, the two men who initially yelled at the victim punched the victim in the face and the body. The pair fled the scene on their bicycles before Cook County Sheriff’s Police officers arrived.
