135th AND WILL COOK RD.
INFORMATION: A MALE BLACK CHILD BETWEEN THE AGES OF 2-4 YEARS OLD WAS DISCOVERED NEAR 135th AND WILL COOK RD. THE CHILD WAS FOUND WEARING RED SHORTS WITH AN ELASTIC WAISTBAND. THE VICTIM WAS NEVER IDENTIFIED.
